Experience
Juan began his career as a Texas Real Estate Broker in 1986. Since then, he joined several Real Estate companies in El Paso, always exceeding and winning the Top Producer award for numerous years. Early in his career, Juan became interested in the real estate market in Mexico. In 1991 he was awarded the Golden Real Estate Award / Golden de Mexico Award by selling commercial properties for investors and users in that country.

During the years of 1995 and 1996, Juan participated in the development of 73 acres of commercial real estate in East El Paso. Within that development, he sold 20 acres to Cinemark USA and leased 120,000 sf of retail space. Also, during these years, Juan negotiated and was able to obtain a significant discount with a US Bank for an 87,000 sf industrial plant for American Yazaki in Porvenir, Mexico.

After that, Juan partnered with Keller Williams Realty (a national real estate firm), through 2003. He achieved the unsurpassable task of obtaining the #1 selling agent in Texas for 5 consecutive years in that firm, and in 2000, Juan was the #1 seller for Keller Williams nationwide. In 1999, Juan opened his own company called Team Juan Uribe Real Estate. Since then, Team Juan Uribe has accumulated over $400’000,000 dollars in real estate sales. He has represented important clients such as Deloitte & Touché for real estate consulting, has leased more than 1’500,000 sf of industrial floor, and has represented several local, national and international commercial tenants.

Additionally, Juan has broadened his experience by developing and investing in commercial properties and ventured in a construction company that built several commercial centers and residential homes.

Starting the year 2006, Idea Construction was started by Juan and his new partners to provide its customers a complete package of real estate and construction services including Design-Build and Turn Key projects.

Experience
I started my real estate career eleven years ago specializing in residential and property management. I have received the “Multi-Million Producer” award for many consecutive years for residential volume sales, and have managed a significant inventory of apartment complexes, residential, and commercial buildings.
My studies include UT El Paso, Academy of Real Estate, and CCIM Institute. I am bilingual, and have professionally serviced the El Paso, TX and Cd. Juarez community.
Currently I am the residential listing specialist and commercial property manager of our team. As listing specialist I provide our clients with an extensive and informative market analysis, to assist them in the decision making process. In addition I am responsible for the marketing of our inventory to the real estate community as well as the public. I create marketing strategies that get proven results.

Experience
Serving in El Paso Texas since 2001. Member of ICSC - International Council of Shopping Centers, El Paso Association of Realtors, NAR - National Association or Realtor and CID -Commercial Investment and Development. I specialize in many forms of real estate acquisition, disposition and leasing as well as income and investment property.

Working with existing shopping centers as well as working from the ground up on new developments. I have worked with national, regional tenants as well as local start up businesses.

Experience
My experience has been in retail/restaurant management. In fact, I have ten years of management experience. I have assisted in the relocation and new store openings of 7 stores in the past three years, including Starbucks and Blockbuster Video. The experience and understanding of business needs sparked my interest in working with commercial real estate. I strive to meet all our clients’ needs and wants. In addition, due to my background, I intend to convey a sense of service in the agency relationship. I work for you.
